On Thursday, October 26, 2017, Third Eye Blind played an unforgettable show at the Tennessee Theatre in Knoxville, TN.

Third Eye Blind released their first album, Third Eye Blind, in 1997, which means it turned 20 this year. The guests at the show were very diverse, proving that their music appeals to a very large demographic.

The show began with their song “Losing a Whole Year,” from their debut album. Even though this particular venue has seats, you could feel the energy in the room; as if everyone was in the front row. The band remained mostly in the shadows during the first two songs, with their silhouettes shining from the bright lights behind them. This was a really awesome look and a fun way to introduce the band on stage.

After the band played their hit “Semi-Charmed Life,” the lead singer, Stephan Jenkins, joked with the crowd stating, “Okay, now we’ve gotten Semi-Charmed Life out of the way. If any of you just came to hear that song, that’s okay, I still love you.”
